- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is ultimately flexible and customizable. I am willing to work with you if you have a set budget in mind, within reason. My typical event photo rate (non-weddings) is $250 for the first hour +$100 for each additional hour. My wedding packages start at $2400. Engagement sessions are usually $250-350, depending on the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first outline all that I offer for the price I've quoted, which always include an online digital gallery and all the rights to the images. Then I discuss my style, documentary photography, and make sure it's the right fit for the job. Then we set up the date and time for the shoot, and go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in New Media, but I took a hyper-focused route of photography while in school and studied under a former press photographer. I am well versed in photojournalism and I love capturing natural moments as they unfold.
