We woke up this morning to a bad roof leak, likely from the ice dams that have accumulated on the roof this winter, and it was such a relief to hear back immediately from Luis with Master Elite, offering a concrete plan for a free estimate. Recognizing the emergency that it was he rearranged another morning appointment so he could come first thing and take a look at our property, walking us through the repairs that would be needed and how to work with our home owners insurance company to get the best value for repairs. He also took photos, which we need to document the problem for insurance, and got right to work clearing the ice dams from our roof to prevent further leakage. The larger repairs to the roof and interior will be a larger project unfolding over the coming days and weeks but I'm so grateful to have found such a responsive, well-informed, and conscientious expert to guide me through the steps forward, as well as taking quick action to fix the root of the problem, which he'd already done by noon the same day we discovered the leak. Amazing service!

Luis and his team did a great job. They worked on our behalf with the insurance company and got the entire roof covered and did a great job. The whole roof stripped and replaced in 1 day! And not a single loose nail, damaged blade of grass or mess of any kind when they where done. Plus the new singles look great. Very happy.
