Introduction: I took 5 years and worked under a master roofer on Cape Cod and Nantucket Island. That experience, working in one of the highest end markets on the East Coast, took my roofing to a new level. I brought all those tricks and techniques used to roof for extreme island weather home to Maine. I also include a photo journel for every project, including aerial photography taken with my Phantom Vision 3 Aerial Drone. The progress of each project is only a click away! the work that Jeffrey has done at my cottage has been outstanding,he has done inside and out side work on the old 1950's log cabin.everything from replacing the log sills,insulation,and pine boards on the walls and ceiling to new window boxes and book shelves...we still have a lot more to do in the fall.

Jeff and his crew put a roof on our ski house in Bethel, ME. We were not able to be on site for most of the job, which could have been nerve wracking, but Jeff kept us updated daily with photos of the progress from his drone. The roof is beautiful, we have had no issues at all, and the price was right.

I hired HDC last summer to put a roof on a house I have in Maine. There were additional issues with the home. I was impressed by Jeff and his crew, so I expanded the scope of the project to include rebuilding one side of the house that was improperly done. Place looks great and with this being an older home Jeff devised a number of innovative solutions. A man of many talents, I then had him reinsulate the roof crawl spaces and shovel my roof in the winter. I am bringing him back to paint the place. Give this guy a shot. Think you will be pleased

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, and requires different tools, different expertise from different people, so its very hard to pin down. But basically $50/hour/man plus expenses and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with identifying the customers needs. Home building and maintenance can be very foreign to some people, so helping them understand what is happening to their home and why its happening is the first step. Then we can begin to create a long term plan to fix, and then maintain the home
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date with multiple online forums, groups and product sites.
