We started with a few smaller items and ended up with working with her for weeks fixing, repairing and updating various rooms. The work included drywallrepairs, skim coating, painting. She is professional, organized, friendly and has great ideas.

We hired Kathy to paint the interior of a home we'd just purchased. She was able to work us into her schedule to paint the whole house in a long weekend we were out of town. She helped me pick colors and offered her professional opinion to help me achieve the look I wanted. Her passion for paint really shows! The finished product was excellent and included many 'extras' you won't find on Craigslist - baseboard cleaning and touch-up and doors really made a big difference in the finished product. Highly recommend Kathy for a professional finished product at a great price with a friendly painter! Will definitely call her next time I have a project.

I've never been so pleased with the quality and professionalism of the job that Kathy preformed painting the inside and part of the outside of my home and I'd recommend to all of the people and my friends that you could never find such a pleassent and skilled painter as her in Jacksonville in my opinion . I've had several different companies do work for me over the years and I have never been this pleased with any of them than I am with the job Kathy preformed for me . I can guarantee you'll never find another painter than her .

My pricing is fair and flexible. I received payment when the job is 100% satisfactory to my clients and I always warranty my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as flexible as possible with my my schedule and meeting new customers. I prefer to have plenty of time to chat and meet so I can understand what they want to achieve and advise them of the best route to follow also point out if anything is needed further to preserve and or repair their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I advertise as a painter and I am well versed in drywall repairs, textures popcorn removal. Over the last 15 years I have gained helpful knowledge as far as all facets of home repair are concerned which always saves my customers a lot of money.
