Introduction: We have over 40 years in the martial arts. We base our school on self-defense for ages 4 and up. Our classes are small, so individual attention is a priority.
We are open on Thursday and Tuesday night. Learn to defend yourself and fight like a girl. Classes starts at 5:30 on Mondays through Fridays.
