Justine thank you so much for all your incredible hard work! Justine your incredible! You took the time to make me feel comfortable, have fun, laugh, and you took amazing photos. I am beyond thrilled with your work and how easy it was to work together and look forward to booking future sessions with you! I've never seen photos of me that look so incredible, beautiful, confident, sexy, and fabulous and that is what I see in the images you took! If you haven't worked with Justine yet I highly recommend setting something up soon!

Justine is as personable as she is professional. She is able to work in such a way that you feel completely comfortable, allowing you both to make amazing photographs happen.

About this pro

I've been told time and time again that my photographs reflect people having fun and being silly, and this is totally true. I don't believe in taking yourself too seriously. I want my clients to feel comfortable in front of my camera, and to consider me a friend rather than a hired vendor. Above all I love meeting new people and traveling! I get to meet people on a weekly basis -- sometimes just one client or a couple, sometimes an entire family, and sometimes an entire wedding guest list! It's so fascinating to hear about peoples' lives and connect with them, even if it's just for a short time. I also get to travel regularly all over New England, and occasionally other parts of the country -- so far I've been to NYC, Philadelphia, and New Orleans, with many more to come!

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My wedding pricing is very simple -- I charge per hour (with travel within 2 hours of Portland, Maine included) and include an engagement session and high-resolution files in all of my packages! Any other shoots (bridal, boudoir, rehearsal dinner, Day After session, etc) and products (prints, albums, canvases, etc) are available as add-ons. My portrait pricing is $350 for a shoot within 15 minutes of Portland, Maine, $500 for a shoot up to 2 hours from Portland, and $650 for a shoot up to 3 hours from Portland, with additional travel available -- just contact me!
    • What types of customers have you worked with?
I photograph lots of weddings, especially in the spring/summer/fall months, but there are many other types of photo sessions that I do (and love!). Engagement shoots are very popular with my wedding clients, as are bridal sessions and Rock the Dress sessions. I do family portraits, maternity, and new baby. I do boudoir shoots, which can be done as a gift for your partner or just for fun and for your self-esteem! I also do senior portraits (which are TONS of fun), head shots and fashion shoots for aspiring models.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say make sure you do plenty of research and above all, make sure you CLICK with the photographer you're hiring. This applies for both weddings and portrait sessions -- you want someone you'll have fun with, someone that you trust, and someone whose style matches your own!
