Ben arrived the next morning after I found him on Thumbtack. He was early to the 8am appointment, and did numerous jobs throughout the morning in a professional and expedient way. He also found issues with some of the wiring in the house, and they were quickly resolved. Ben replaced ceiling fans, installed dimmer switches, installed light fixtures, and gave excellent advice about future projects. He is a kind and wonderful person, so willing to help, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Ben.

Working with Ben was fantastic. He was able to accommodate an early AM start time and tolerate a curious dog investigating his every move. He helped install a new ceiling fan box and stayed the full hour to assist with the fan installation. He’s a pro and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

I hired Ben to replace a ceiling fan in my two story dining room. He’s very personable, works clean. He replaced the fan and it was working perfectly and then suddenly stopped. I went through the manufacturer’s troubleshooting guidelines and couldn’t figure out the problem. Called Ben back, he looked at All of the wiring etc and it appeared it was a faulty fan part. Ended up getting a replacement from the manufacturer but upon coming out to out the new one, Ben dug a bit deeper and found a loose wire in the connection in the ceiling. Sure, he could’ve dug deeper the first time but he didn’t charge me for the second time so I really appreciated his honesty. I replaced another fan myself and ran into an issue and he was able to fix that when he hired him to add some pendant lights over my island. He’s a good guy, responsive, easy to communicate and work with. I’ll hire him again :)

Ben came and looked at the work needed the same day we spoke. Once we gave Ben the go ahead, he scheduled the work first thing in the morning. We needed wiring upgraded for a washer and dryer installation and the venting. Ben took care of everything. The quality of his work was top notch. Ben even found an issue we weren't aware of and took care of it. We will not hesitate to call Ben Taylor again.
