Over the last 25 years due to back problem I have had multiple massages. Grade one spondelotheisis and three degenerative disc. A lot of them were with long time veterans in the therapy field. After not getting any massages for the last 15 years I was starting to have more pain, spasms and other ailments due to lack of care and maintenance . Today I had my first massage by Deb Gordon and came away feeling a great deal less pain and l stress. Her Techniques, Knowledge and sense of just where, and how much pressure to apply to my needs where amazing. She was up front with what she was going to do so there were no surprises. Keeping lines of communications open made for a first relaxing experience. Her ability and knowledge of work place stresses and strains on the body helped her to find and work on specific area for a lasting pain and stress free time. She had full knowledge and great advice about getting healthy and how to stay healthy. Her office and linens were clean and fresh. I didnt feel rushed or hurried at any time during the session. The results lasted for the next week and then some. I would say this; if you have never had a massage or have had multiple massages that you would be very pleased by getting a massage by her.
