Greetings,
I love the photo portfolio of this event planner. I never received a quote in the app and we weren’t able to communicate well through the app. My siblings ended up taking over as event planner for me, so I do appreciate Beautiful Beginnings responding to my inquiry. I just wish there was a better way to access what I put in the event description when talking to pros. That will help get a quote faster.

I did not end up using the service, but during our communications, Shawntel was always polite, courteous, patient, and professional. The Thumbtack app continued to glitch during our discussions and it lost her estimates twice and didn’t show her my full event description which led to incorrect information on the estimate I did finally receive. This was the only reason I ended up accepting a different offer. The work on the Best Beginnings website is gorgeous and I considered them for my event planning as well. This is a very elegant caterer and I have no doubt you will receive the best value for your dollar.
