In August, 2014, I sold my garden products company, Plumstone, Inc to Prime Global Products. Taking my experience developing and marketing numerous products, I consult small and medium-sized businesses across all stages of the product development and go-to-market process. I can assist with product design, costing, wholesale and retail pricing and product sourcing. Understanding that your product or service is only as good as your customers say it is, I develop and implement marketing plans that take into account the customer, the competition and the market. When laying out the tactical elements of the strategic plan, I do so with a clear understanding of my client's budget and time frame. I have hands-on experience with branding and messaging and understand the importance of maintaining consistency as you pursue multiple sales channels. I have written copy for print, on-line, email and radio marketing, depending on the needs of my client. Having raised investment funds to launch my last company, I am also experienced developing comprehensive business plans that take into account all aspects of the business. My fees are reasonable and I am happy to work on an hourly or project basis.
