Margarita is an amazing trainer. My daughter has cancer and was told by doctors she would not be able to work or go to school as treatment would be too intense. After a while, my daughter lost a lot of her strength. We looked around for a trainer and found Margarita. We figured we would go once and see how we liked it. We loved it! We are working on strength training. Margarita is very kind, she is always on time, she is prepared and punctual. Additionally, she is VERY knowledgeable in the study of fitness & nutrition. She knows the exact body position of each exercise as well as having a very wide variety of exercises to help you reach your goal while eating healthy. She is patient with my daughter, but she can also push you to kick butt if you want too! My daughter and I are currently working with Margarita a couple of time weekly and plan to start training with Margarita three times per week very soon. Margarita is an excellent trainer. I switched to her after a bad experience with another trainer who cared more about the weight I was lifting than my safety and well being. She challenges you and creates programs that are designed for your level. She is truly a personal trainer and evaluates your own individual ability. I highly recommend hiring her!

Margarita has extensive practical Knowledge about personal training and Fitness and practices them herself. She modifies effective workouts for the individual’s needs and abilities.
