- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing can be found on the "Investment" page of our website. We offer many different options for anybody trying to get professional photography done. We offer discounts in many different situations and strive to make professional photography something that everyone can obtain!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are available anytime to answer phone calls or messages to answer any questions clients may have. We start by giving all the information about our packages and pricing and then discuss locations. We offer guidance for choosing time of year, wardrobe, locations and posing ideas. We want our clients to be fully informed at all times - there are no dumb questions. We are always available to help. Another fun feature we offer is a questionnaire. Clients will get a questionnaire that is customized to their session so we can get to know them better and offer them a better service. The more honest the client is when filling out the questionnaire, the better the results of their session will be. After your session is complete and your images are edited, we offer either an in-person or online reveal to go over your images with you! It's a fun time and it's exciting for us to see your reaction to the images. We walk you through every step of the ordering process if you choose to order physical memorabilia as well.
