- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is always a case by case basis for the most part. There are standard rates, but those sometimes are adjusted depending on the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first see what a customer is looking to accomplish and then obtain details, such as model number. We will then send you an estimate. If the estimate is approved and the deposit is paid, we then schedule an appointment for repair. This whole process can be accomplished in as little as an hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians are not only Mac Certified Repair Technicians, but also Dell Certified Technicians.
