I keep abreast of any and all nutritional developments involving healthier food options and specific dietary needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Anytime, anyone has had an opportunity to taste my cuisine, they comment on how phenomenal it is, and urge me to open a restaurant. I prefer catering because it makes me an intricate part of making milestones in peoples lives memorable.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cater: graduation parties, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, holiday parties, and many more. I also offer delivery of whole meals for smaller events or family functions.
