First, the review only allows for three of the five qualities to check, Steven checks all Five Qualities. He responds quickly, he’s on time, works quickly and is thorough and cleans up after he’s finished. His pricing is very fair.
My father and I are seniors and he has done a lot of work for us. He’s installed a garbage disposal, wall paneling, put together grills, outdoor furniture, light fixtures, bathroom vents, drywall work, fixed toilets, installed three bathroom faucets and many other items. Steve is very creative, knowledgeable, personable, and has an excellent work ethic. He’s our go to person for everything we need. We will need him to drywall a bedroom and closet in our basement in the near future and install a new front door. I’m a retired teacher and real estate agent and very particular about decor and I highly recommend Steven for all things home renovation!
