FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the common questions we get about pricing compares horseback riding to other sports. We would like our clients to understand that we try to maintain our prices reasonable, while providing the care the horses deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is a big part of our program! My team and I work monthly with world and congress champion trainers, to learn about processes we can add to help make our riding and lessons better. We also have mentors who are experts in the youth development field, ensuring that the time we spend with our young riders not only teaches them to ride, but meets the need of a rapidly growing and developing mind.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When we started this business we saw a desperate need to help change the horse industry in our area. With a passion for the care of our horses and a desire to educate riders to be able to give their animal companions their best, I started instructing lessons. To this day, I continue educating myself on new methods and technology in the horse industry, so that I can pass that along to my students.
