I contacted Clayton Pristine in a panic, due to an overwhelming mess left behind by a contractor, including orange dust from brick cutting on nearly every surface of several rooms of my home. Not only did Marlen respond quickly, she went above-and-beyond to fit me into the schedule the NEXT DAY! The best part? No dust left behind. I did not "shop around" on pricing, but a partial deep clean fit my budget.

Our messy, dirty house was causing us a lot of stress as we have 4 young kids and 2 pets and find it hard to find the time to do a better cleaning, but Clayton Pristine Company alleviated so much of our stress by doing such an amazing job cleaning our 4 bathrooms and 4 bedroom home and leaving our kitchen spotless. Would re-hire asap as needed! While they were not able to come on the day as planned, they came the next day first thing and were so helpful, very understanding (my new house was having some power issues), and able to stay do a great job deep cleaning. Very communicative, provided a great cleaning service as outlined in their service menu and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to provide my clients with a checklist and have them review it. If some things are missing we are flexible in taking notes of the clients requests. Once we have notes from our clients request we simply follow it and go back at the end of the job to double check that the work was completed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to customers is to always look at reviews and ask previous clients for their experience. In some instances I do provide references when requested.
