Toni was nice but her prices were not what Thumbtack quoted. Thumbtack quoted me $56 and when we spoke she said her price was not $56 but $150/hr. Then when we spoke she told me her price was $0.17 / sq. ft. When I measured my dorm room and let her know my dorm room was only 168 sq. ft. , she then retracted that and simply said no offense but I don't clean for that amount even though it was what she herself quoted. I give her 3 stars because she was diligent in follow up. But we did not move forward because she didn't even want to clean according to her own pricing.
