FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my pricing for a home inspection is FAIR. I am not the highest and trend towards the lowest price. I am far less expensive than making a regrettable purchase decision as a result of not having a home inspection or not hiring a "Certified" home inspector. My clients feel that the inspection is well worth the money and it saves them far in the home transaction than the cost of the inspection. There is absolutely nothing better than piece of mind and making a very confident purchase decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To introduce myself at the site and get to now my client and how their intent for the home. Many clients are intending to buy as their primary residence, others for investment/income. this will establish a baseline for how I communicate. I always invite my clients to Shadow or check in w me from time to time during the inspection. I don't like inspecting all alone if I can help it. when a client is by my side or near we have a discussion. I like to share how to maintain the home and deferred repairs expenses. I believe it's equally important to talk about how well the home appears to have been maintained by the current owner. I make sure that before I leave the client that all questions are answered and everything discovered during the inspection is clearly explained to my clients satisfaction no matter how long it takes I set no time limits. Once I leave I begin work on the full detail report that is typically provided to my clients the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from Arizona State University and in the recent past achieved my MBA. My training is from building homes and continuous education in this field. I have a strong desire to help every client fully understand all the details and operations of their home.
