This review was long due..Let me start with little about my property..I am a non local investor and brought a property in MI and was looking for a reliable PM company .I was very apprehensive of hiring someone as I was scammed in the past in similar situations.But I somehow decided to try thumbtack.It is at this juncture I was contacted by Randy Houston from Accredited .I am so glad I found him .He is very honest, reliable and trustworthy.He is not like other PM companies who takes advantage of non local owners and try to overcharge them at every possible situations.His prices are very very reasonable.He repaired my property at a reasonable price ,handled the city inspection for us, and then rented it out to a nice working couple since then we never had any problems..I plan on buying more properties in MI for now I have a reliable manager.If you are a local or non local investor I would highly recommend Accredited.With Randy your property is in safe hands..
