FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we can provide general pricing without a consultation, we strongly recommend conducting a water test beforehand. Every system we build is custom-designed in our warehouse to match your specific water quality, plumbing setup, and usage needs. Since there is no one-size-fits-all solution for water treatment, we aim to get it right the first time—delivering a maintenance-free system that will last for years. We always strive to work with everyone budgets. We also offer financing options and low monthly payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter which company you choose, the first step should always be a water test. Testing ensures you get the right solution for your water concerns—without overpaying for unnecessary equipment or missing crucial treatment needs. We perform on-site water tests for hardness, iron, TDS, and sulfur, allowing you to see real-time results. We also test water from any existing treatment systems to assess performance while inspecting your current equipment and plumbing. For more in-depth analysis, we offer lab testing (for a small fee) through a state-certified facility, screening for arsenic, lead, nitrates, and more. After the initial visit, our water specialist will provide tailored treatment options, including system sizing, pricing, and financing. There’s no cost, no obligation, and no high-pressure sales tactics. We work with any water quality, existing equipment, and budget. Our specialists collaborate with our service manager to design your custom water system, which we assemble in our warehouse using only USA-made materials. Installation is typically scheduled within 1–3 days at your convenience. That’s it! You’ll have clean, great-tasting water. Most of our systems are maintenance-free and built to last 10+ years. Plus, we take pride in our quick turnaround time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are passionate about what we do and stay up to date with training through the Water Quality Association (WQA).
