- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees for our services are discussed up front and very clearly outlined in our service contract so there are no surprises. We do require a deposit prior to services beginning with the balance due upon project completion. We are able to accept credit card and check payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a time to meet with our clients to walk their space in person and discuss their project needs together. All clients are then provided a free estimate. If the client is interested in moving forward with our services, we then draw up a service contract that details the scope of our work, fees and a timeline for services. We take pride in our color consultation services and are always happy to assist with design services if requested.
