FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fairly basic pricing model: I charge $100/month per social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) I charge $600/month to manage a website with regular updates and optimization. I charge $100/month for e-mail marketing. Refundable $300 start up deposit if 90-day targets are not met. I have a package price for certain services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an initial assessment of the client's digital profile. What social media are they using? What type of web platform? Then, based on their specific industry and the current state of affairs online, I make a detailed recommendation, with an outlined strategy for improvement. Then, with the client's approval, I implement the strategy I have outlined, providing status updates along the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working with a close friend at his business, when the discussion turned to digital presence. We started small, just optimizing the website and blogging. Over time, I incorporated social media into the fold and integrated it all to vastly improve online sales.
