FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are state mandated at $10 per notarization stamp, however my travel/convenience fee is very much discretionary based on the time and distance i have to travel, whether or not i have to print documents, size of the package, etc. Let me assist you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Excellent communication is key. I can be reached via email or a direct phone call to my business line . We arrange a time for them to get their notarization completed. I quote my price of $10 per stamp plus whatever the established travel fee is. Typically my travel fee is anywhere between $20-$100 depending on miles I’ll be traveling. If we meet in the middle I’m willing to offer a 50% discount on the travel fee. I am very thorough we will meet and i will check your valid form of ID, look over the document, issue the affirmation or jurat and then notarize your document(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nurse by day but i learned about and became a notary public. A good notary public is an educated notary public so i took extensive training with the National Notary Association as well as background check. I am also trained and certified with the Loan Signing System. I have been commissioned since February and my services include oath ceremonies, refinance packages, HELOCS, general notary work, affidavits, POAs, warranty deeds, etc! Any and all of your notarization needs can be taken care of by Notareyes! I take my transactions seriously!
