I first went to Naomi for Classical Pilates training. Marathon training had exposed many weaknesses, and we began a very specific plan to strengthen and stabilize leading up to race day! After a successful race, we have now switched to a more functional routine, combined with Pilates training, to build strength ahead of the 2015 marathon schedule. Most important to me, has been Naomi's dedication to client specific needs and goals.
