Joseph is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but he can explain your computer issues is layman's terms, not confusing techy speak. He is honest and fair, and his response time is very impressive. I had no idea what was wrong with the laptop I brought in, and he could have easily charged me more for parts or additional labor, but he didn't. My family will definitely use Chesaning Connect for future computer issues.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years ago I was seeking technical assistance from a friend that had a degree in computers and was in a management position at the time. I was quick to admit that I was not very good with computers. By the end of our interaction she stated "you're a lot smarter than you think" and offered me a job, although I respectfully declined as I was happily self employed then too.
