- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's no easy way to explain pricing as each event is unique. It depends on the sound, lighting, and pre-planning. Most of our events range from $50-$100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to talk to a customer via phone or via email before booking to go over the details of the event to make sure we can provide the best possible service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJ's are college students that have been in the business for several years. They were trained at Sound Wave Music
