- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on our customers budget. Our basic package starts around $700 for weddings. However we are very flexible! We also offer military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our end goal is to make the customer as stress free as possible! We will typically meet the customer 1/2 way at a Starbucks our Panera Bread. We listen to the customers every need. We try to offer a budget specifically designed to the customers needs. Our first meeting is a no obligation complementary consultation. From there if the customer likes what they see then they will also get 2 to 3 more in person meetings with us as well as unlimited planning time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in sales at DJ Supply in Waterford MI. I also been trained in Pro sound setup at clubs and churches and I definitely have the ear for good quality equipment. I also have experience in pro set ups for club lighting and church lighting.
