They were very professional and quick. They walked me throughout the entire process and matched the stain color to my existing floor perfectly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Kraig did an outstanding job on installing our bamboo flooring! He is very honest about his work and will tell you if he sees any concern in your sub flooring that should be fixed before new wood goes down. He had an issue with his nail gun and wasted no time in driving to the nearest home depot to rent a new one and came right back to work. The end result with our floors was great couldn't have asked for better, flooring looks beautiful. Will hire him for future projects and refer to everyone! Thanks Kraig!
