What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Certain pest types (e.g. odorous house ants) require a follow-up service. This is mostly due to the pest population being much larger than what is seen. Signing up for Year-Round coverage will waive the $99 follow-up fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers get our full 23-point home inspection including taking a look into the attic space in the interior of the home. An adult will need to be on the property at the time of this service. A FREE minor Pest Exclusion service to make your home pest proof!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
