- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A homeowner calls inquiring about an estimate. A salesman meets with both homeowners. A deposit is collected. Your salesman will then bring material samples out to your home. Our production manager will stay in communication about your project start date. On the morning of the project, the homeowner, crew, and salesman will walk the project together. After completion, the site is cleaned up and a quality control checklist is performed. After completion, we will return for final payment.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always obtain more than one estimate and ask to see proof of a contractor's license and insurance.
