Even though I have only been working with Trish for a year, I have learned so much from her. She has not only taught me proper techniques, but she always encourages me to do my best. She pushes me to new limits, which in turn produces performance abilities that I never knew I was capable of. I used to be very shy and conservative in my performances, but working with Trish has brought me out of my shell and taken me to a whole new level of performance. I will be pursuing a degree in music education, and studying with Trish was the best thing I did to continue enhancing my musical abilities. Trish is an outstanding vocal coach, and anyone would be fortunate to study with her.

My daughter had private voice lessons with Trish from the age of 8 till 18 till she entered college. Trish is one of the main reasons my daughter decided to major in Voice Performance and Education in college. Trish introduced and prepared my daughter in classical music training at a very early age which helped develop her love for classical music. She was taught by Trish to sing Italian, German, Latin, Spanish and French vocal music and to achieve very high scores on her High School Solo Ensemble events. She was also so well prepared that she was accepted at all 5 University's Vocal Music programs that she applied for. This could not have been done without having private music lessons. Trish also recommended my daughter be seen by an ENT Dr. during her younger years when Trish recognized that my daughter had some vocal quality and health issues due to earlier vocal abuse. Vocal cord nodes were diagnosed and my daughter needed to receive outside vocal therapy. Had she not had this checked out at the early onset of symptoms she could have had permanent vocal cord damage. Trish, as a professional instructor, was able to recognize this and her singing lessons were adjusted to minimize further damage until the situation was corrected. I would highly recommend Trish as an instructor. She is very professional and loves to encourage her students and watch them develop into beautiful singers. She also makes lessons fun by introducing all genres of music; Pop, Classical, Jazz and Opera. She is punctual and loves to see her students perform in public. I do recommend one hour lessons versus half hour. The first half is used for warm ups, breathing techniques and and reviewing past music, where the second half is concentrated on selected music being studied. My daughter would definitely not be where she is today as a recent College Double Music Major graduate if it hadn't been for the lessons that she had weekly with Trish. I highly recommend choosing Trish for a vocal music instructor.

I went to college with Trish and know what a fantastic teacher she is. She is not only a great teacher but a talented WORKING musician who is well versed in many styles of music. She is very enthusiastic and I feel confident referring people to her as a voice teacher because I know that they will experience nothing but the BEST!

She taught me more about singing than anyone else. She completely changed the way I sing and the way I teach. She challenged me but was always encouraging. My voice improved immensely because of her.I would recommend her to anyone!

Yes, i am constanly practicing my craft and learning. I am connected to Michigan's leading Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists who dedicate their careers to helping singing voices. They share the latest technologies with me and new advances and discoveries in voice health and rehabilitation.
