Tim Frakes was a pleasure to work with on our kitchen remodel. He did the demo, installed new flooring, cabinets, new lighting and fixtures, painting, added backsplash and installed a new window. Started the project on time and we were able to start using our new appliances within 25 days! Pricing was very reasonable too. Do not hesitate to call! Unsure about the other reviews, he responded immediately to my message and met the following week to discuss our project! I will definitely use him again!

Tim did a great job for us..had good ideas that helped us make the project come together. We were very pleased with his quality of work..the ship lap ceilings and walls look great. He did the entire project from demo, new ship lap ceilings and walls, new flooring, re-drywall walls, installed Led can lighting and sprayed walls and ceilings with paint.

Nov 2020: Editing review. As this business has grown, responsiveness, scheduling and willingness to correct mistakes have declined. I have always been honest, fair, pay on time and polite. After multiple attempts at calling, texting and emailing, Tim has not responded at all. I am disappointed that the professionalism and courtesy is gone. Oct 2019: Tim has become my go-to for everything my new place needed. At every turn, he’s responsive, professional, flexible, did great work, thorough and conscientious as if it were his own property. I could not recommend him more highly—a 5* A+ pro who has been an absolute pleasure to work with and who gave great results every single time! Very highly recommended.
