FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum 50% Discount for all Military Families. If cost is a hardship- just discuss it with me and I'm sure we can work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Number one if someone doesn’t need a Mobile Notary I am the first person to tell them that. I do not want to take money from someone who doesn’t require it. I like to discuss whatever the project is to be at document notarization or a wedding over the phone so that the details can be ironed out and everyone is on the same page. With regard to officiating weddings I want to couple to know me and feel comfortable with me as their officiant & it gives me a chance to get to know them so that when I sit down to put together their vows I have an idea in my mind about them. Some people are more comfortable dealing to text and that’s fine but I do you like speaking on the phone as I feel that people get much more at ease after actually talking to someone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a stay at home mom for the past 17 years because I have two sons who are special needs so it has been impossible for me to go to do a 9-to-5 job. Doing the work I do is flexible and I make my own hours so this works for me and it doesn’t interfere with my number one priority which is my children.
