- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do customized remodeling. Every project is unique to the client's tastes, lifestyle and wishes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask potential clients to come first of all to our design center--easy access just off the 131 expressway, West River Drive exit. This will introduce the client to us and also give them a chance to browse products and view our past completed projects. From this point, if all parties are agreeable, a home consultation visit will be the next stage. Usually a rough idea of budget will be established at this point. Depending on the scope of the project and the complexity, a reasonable design fee may be charged to go to the specific design step. Once the design and budget are agreed upon and contract signed, all products will be ordered, and the pre-construction appointment set up to introduce the client to those who will be managing the production. then production begins and soon the client will receive their "new" room(s) back - beautiful and functional!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our production staff have YEARS of specific remodeling experience, working not only with the products they install but also respectful of people living in the spaces they are remodeling. Our design staff all are college graduates of design degrees. Our owner has his certification in Aging-in-Place, to help the aging stay in their homes safely.
