Needed a roof at a good price and within a tight timeframe. Conrad Consulting came in, gave an estimate, tore off two layers of rolled asphalt roofing and installed 30 year shingles. Not to mention didn't leave a mess and had the owner come and do a post work site visit. Very friendly honest and responsive to my questions. House looks great and didn't kill my checkbook. Highly recommended!

Conrad Consulting was very helpful in selecting the right shingles for my house, and in helping me with a warranty that matched my comfort level. The roofers did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up after installation. The new roof looks great!

Conrad Consulting completely re-roofed my 3 story 100 year old (plus) home that included the decking and also new eaves troughs. The quote originally given to me was comparable to two others. The need for new eaves troughs became apparent after the original offer was accepted and CCR was very fair in adding the cost of replacing the eaves troughs. There were a couple other small repairs that were completed and generously included in the total. The roofers and eaves-trough installers were diligent and timely, in spite of weather challenges. All involved communicated well and regularly throughout the process. I feel confident that my home is now sealed tight against the weather. (And now must go to release a squirrel that ended up on the wrong side of the house sealing...!)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an inquiry is recieved we will reach out to gather more information about your project. We will then set up a day and time to provide a free estimate and answer any questions that you might have. When the customer is ready we will schedule their project.
