Introduction: I never try to sell a homeowner extras that they do not need. Alot of contractors try to sell as much as possible per job for the reason of more income. I have never been one to dig in to a homeowners pockets. I will go over each possible solution to any problem with a homeowner, starting with the most cost-effective first. I take pride in each and every job I contract. My number one priority is making sure the homeowner is ecstatic when I leave their home. The most enjoyable aspect of construction is the diversity of each job I take. I could be roofing a high rise hotel one week or a ranch style house on a lake the next week. Working outside is a plus, I have always been an outdoors type of person.
