Hi Cynthia, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that drywall plastering, painting, and installation of a plumbing vent were not included in our signed contract. The written agreement clearly lists the work to be completed and states that any items not mentioned are not part of the agreement. All items listed in the signed contract were completed. The plumbing vent was discussed during a later meeting, and at that time we explained that we could not provide pricing until we determined whether it was something we were able to do. It was not included in the written agreement. All contracted work was completed as agreed. thank you.
