They were supposed to arrive around 9am and didn’t show until 1:30 pm. Only way I knew was because I reached out to them. They were competent, but I was disappointed that they didn’t confirm where and how they would install my car charger - in the end I was not happy with the location or wire that was left hanging from my basement ceiling. In the end they charged me $200 more than they originally estimated without a clear explanation.
