Hussein was very responsive!! He came out within 30 minutes and was extremely honest about the problem!! He could’ve made a lot of money solving issues I didn’t have, and chose honest. I would recommend him to anyone and he will be our HVAC professional for the future!!

My condenser was 15+ yrs old and stopped blowing cold air. Reached out to 313 H&C company, Hussein suggested to replace the unit. After few days upon my research, went with Hussein suggestion and self prepared to get it replaced with new. On the day of new condenser and coil installation, they found our furnace was also in very bad shape with multiple cracks inside. Hussein got the new furnace within no time after we asked to replace that as well. Both Hussein and Lawrence spent almost whole day and finished the job with professionalism, answered all of our questions within our budget.

Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the HVAC projects.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Hussein was absolutely outstanding. He provided a brand‑new unit and spent the entire day installing it, making sure every detail was perfect and fully operational before he left. His professionalism, patience, and dedication to doing the job right really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. I truly appreciate the care he put into the installation and highly recommend him.

313 heating and cooling saved my life today, my central air wasn’t working and my house was 79 degrees inside with the fans on. I reached out through the app and they responded right away and had a service tech out within 30 minutes. I reached out at 530 and it’s now 7 o’clock and my house is nice and cold! I highly recommend this local business to service all your heating and cooling needs. I couldn’t be happier!!
