Sam quoted to repair/paint the drywall and replace the bathroom fan in my home and I selected his company because of the good reviews. He didn’t even have to replace the dry wall and it looks great. Other companies were trying to take advantage of the quote by adding extra items in the bid and Sam did not do that. It’s hard to find quality contractors at a good value and Sam is one I would recommend.
