Mohamed professional punctual friendly We are ina Vortex right now it is extremely cold and Iost heat I reached out and explanned my situation he knew what was going on and got right to work. He was moved very quickly to get the job done. He gets fivery stars from me I couldn't beat the value and the quality. I am grateful I found him and will be using him again in the near future. I had been without heat for a while now. I exhausted everything that I knew regarding fixing the furnace myself. I went on the next-door app to search for furnace repair recommendations. I was recommended three different companies. Moe’s must have seen my recommendations because he reached out to me. He called me on Thursday and told me he could come out that day or night. We arranged for him to come out on Friday at noon. I called Moe Friday and he was in Clawson on a call. He said that he would be at my house in 45 minutes. He actually arrived early, which was cool. When he arrived at my house, he evaluated my furnace in less than two minutes and said that it was my blower motor. We negotiated the price and he disassembled my blower motor from the furnace and took it with him. He said he would be back in a few hours. Long story short, he came back, reassembled everything and I am warm now. Thanks Moe appreciate it. If anyone is having a furnace issue, they can’t figure it out. I recommend you call Moe’s heating and cooling.

Mo responded right away and came over to assess our furnace repair quickly. He then went out for the part, fixed some additional complications, and had us up and running within three hours. He was also very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

He called within 2 minutes of the request and was here in less than 30. He was very professional- found the root of the issue in less than 5 minutes and a repair in less than 10. I couldn’t have asked for more. Def would hire again.
