My heat wouldnt turn on and it is a cold day. My kids were cold and Afdal was able to accommodate my short notice and he quickly came out. He was wonderful and highly responsive! Even though it was rainy and the end of the day, he came out that same night to help us with our AC repair. We originally messaged him about a possible AC unit capacitor failure because our unit had power but the fan would not turn on and the air coming in was slightly cooler than our home.
As it turns out, it was not the capacitor! He found a loose wire in the thermostat that caused intermittent failure and a temperature sensor was reading too low, causing coil freezing, low refrigerant pressure, and a few other issues.
These were not problems my handy partner would have found. He had ruled out what we originally thought was wrong by testing first, rather than blindly replacing the part, which saved us money and future hassle.
My partner notes "I appreciate that he explained the details behind his work with genuinely interesting technical precision. I know he could articulate the issues to a broad spectrum of people for their awareness/ interest in the work."

AC went out last week and I needed someone quick. Found these guys and gave them a call nothing fancy, just straight to the point. They told me when they could come and actually showed up when they said they would, which already put them ahead of a lot of places.
The tech was easy to talk to, checked everything out, and figured out the issue without dragging it out. Didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything extra, just fixed what needed fixing. Had it up and running the same visit.
It’s been working fine since, no issues. Price seemed reasonable compared to what I was expecting. Overall just a smooth, no headache experience.

I respect your honestly and hospitality. Very respectful individual and good worker. He diagnosed it within minutes, and grabbed the part from a supply house the same day. Thank you, some cold days ahead so I appreciate the speed in getting my furnace running.
