Hired for a 310 linear foot wooden custom made on-site 6ft privacy fence. Poor craftsmanship. I have some 8ft sections with 10ft sections , slanted and unevenly installed posts, uneven picket alignment, unanchored pickets, wood plank splitting wear the screws were installed, gaps in horizontal wood plank alignment that aren't even aligned with the posts, many unleveled cross planks and posts, poorly constructed gate with uneven hanging that now doesn't even close properly , uneven gate latch installment not to mention there was an attempt to use old/rotten posts that I had on-site because they underestimated their materials budget. The job isn't finished and it's been two weeks since I last heard from them. The final inspection isn't completed by the city and I paid 1/2 deposit on 10 custom made flower boxes that were never completed but they have my money. I have a fence that hopefully will last several years but is not properly constructed.
I recommend not doing business with this provider. If you do make sure you get EVERYTHING you discuss/estimate in writing and signed. Require pre-constructed 8ft panels and you inspect it before installing so that there is no discrepancy in different section sizes allowed and do not pay the final payment until the inspection and total project is completed to your satisfaction.
Also, know that they removed a 72 foot old chain link fence and posts and left them in my yard. Several promises to have a "guy" come pick it up and/or bring to the street curb for pick up, never happened.
Cleanliness: poor, several lunch bags and drink bottles strewn around my property at the end of the day and never picked up. They left 6-8 small saw blades strewn throughout my yard that could have cut your feet and screws strewn about as well.

Positive:
There was response to revisions I requested.
Communication response was good up until they disappeared without finishing the job.
It's unfortunate because I saved this money for three years to be able to afford a new privacy fence that costs thousands of dollars. I feel completely taken advantage of by this company. Do not make the mistake I made. I was rooting for them to be successful too. So sad.
