I hired Hussein to take care of an electrical issue at my home. He was very punctual, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable in his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very pleasant to work with and was very respectful. He said he could take care of any electrical, plumbing or other jobs inside the house. He will be my to go man for all of my home needs. I highly recommend to consider his services should you need one.

Real Property P&R was a lifesaver! Sam came in and fixed the work another “pro” started. I am beyond happy with the work he did. The project was to renovate my 1/2 bathroom. Sam fixed the drywall where a chair rail was removed. When he was finished with my walls there was zero sign of the chair rail. The walls are super smooth like butter! He painted the ceiling and the walks. The paint job is PERFECT! He installed an exhaust fan/light in the ceiling. He also installed a new faucet, quartz countertop onto my existing cabinet, new vanity light and mirror above my sink. He was punctual, polite, and respectful. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I have already made plans with him to replace recessed lights in my 18 foot ceiling and replace the foyer chandelier. I am confident he is going to do a great job because he already fixed some electrical issues we were having. My final note: using apps like thumbtack can be hit or miss. Real Property P&R is a HIT! I will save this PRO in my contacts for future work in my home. Reasonably priced as well—forgot to mention that! Thank you so much! You have my future business and I’ll confidently refer you to family and friends as well!

Hussein was prompt, friendly, professional, and definitely up to the task. I had been having issues with an outlet in my kitchen for a while and putting off getting it fixed. Well, the entire circuit failed. Hussein was out the next day. He came in late afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. Replaced a faulty circuit breaker in the box, then fixed what turned out to be 2 outlets on that circuit that needed repair. All in a couple of hours for what I feel is a very reasonable price. I will be having him back for another project very soon. Highly recommend!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Hussein did such an exceptional work at our house I love to share his review. We were new to Michigan and I found him on thumbtack. He did all electrical, plumbing, and basement work so professionally and in our budget. He is extremely talented and does all type of works so it will save time for you to look around for different people for different tasks. If you’re looking for a best handyman who does work extremely professionally like his own house then Hussain is a guy for you. I highly recommend him.
