- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial call is free. If you hire us there's no upfront fees. When you go to a high-end restaurant and order dinner don't you eat the food and then pay for it? That's how we do it. The reason we don't charge upfront is that that's how a fast food place does it. Do you want high-end or fast food? Of course, we're talking about business consulting and not food but you get the point. The good places provide services first and then get paid and we're definitely the good place
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We talk. If you don't talk to us we can't help you. You need to be a willing participant in the call 2. You're more than welcome to call us but if you don't we will call you 3. On the call we will identify your greatest pain points and what you want to accomplish 4. We will send you a written proposal for you to review 5. If you like the proposal and the terms then you can sign the proposal and we're off to the races to get your business on track to performing the way you want it to perform
