- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, transparent pricing based on the scope of each project. Every job is different, so we review the work carefully before giving a final estimate. We focus on quality workmanship and clear communication with no hidden surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we review the project in person when needed, go over the scope of work, and provide an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, coordinate the necessary trades, and keep the customer updated throughout the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed Michigan residential builder pre-licensing education and have hands-on experience with remodeling and construction projects, including bathrooms, tile work, flooring, and interior renovations. I also work with experienced installers and tradespeople depending on the project.
