FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After buying properties in the past I've always known that people are turned off by properties filled with clutter or junk and can't envision the space for their needs or see the cleaning as an added cost to them. So I've always took the cleaning of the property as the first step and making sure it's safe for my workers, safe for workers that I contract out, and most importantly, safe for potential buyers. I've been doing clean outs, demolition, and rehab work for over 20 years. I bought many properties which I rehabbed and the cleaning and demolition work was part of the experience. I have done estate sales which required cleaning and organizing and cleaning of the property, and I have always enjoyed making a property look it's best, and it's just in my nature.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We will visit the property often when in the neighborhood to make things are secure and just do random checks to let the neighbors aware that we are caring for the property. We also removed hazardous materials for no extra charge and dispose of these items properly as our dedication commitment to Detroit. Plus much much more. I share my knowledge of my experiences with hazards and potential liabilities and secure them or recommend a solution to solve the issue. I always make sure my clients are happy, and going above and beyond is something that I will always do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest looking for a company that is licensed with the city, advertises on their vehicles. Following the laws in our business shows they are a professional company that doesn't take shortcuts and wouldn't dare even think about illegal dumping in our city like some companies. In some cases our prices might be a little higher, but it's because we follow the laws which protect you and our reputation.
