- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a phone call after receiving a lead for better understanding and clarity, it feels more personable. During the communication rather it’s a call or through thumbtack, I inquire more about the desired project. Next, I start visualizing and communicate what they can expect from initiation, execution and end product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Degree in Computer Graphic Arts, a Graphic Design Certificate, a lifelong natural ability to draw, be creative, see the world differently.
