Happy Floors owner Diogo really did a great job! He came out only took 2 days and redid my entire basement floor alone. Definitely worth the money, was punctual, and efficient. I recommend his services to friends family and clients.

Scheduled a time and committed to his upfront fee, appointment was tonight 5-6. Calls me three times and tells me he is on his way, then it’s forty minutes away. Our initial conversation was $800 for 320SQF install but he needed to look at it. He then tells me it’s $1000 now before he looks at the job. No thanks I’ll look elsewhere. Word of advice, look then quote, I would’ve paid the $1000 if you showed up and expand it.

Kieth very petty of you to do this… I said I was busy until 6. Literally just got off the phone with you and said can you explain your job to me In more detail maybe it would save me a trip. I haven’t even met you. If you wanna be a cry baby because I didn’t show up to your house at 7pm on a Sunday that’s fine do you. My work speaks for its self. You can go be a Karen somewhere else.
